HOKA ONE ONE has launched the much anticipated Carbon X running shoe. The shoe has been made using the latest technology from HOKA ONE ONE and aims to benefit athletes of all levels, regardless of distance or speed.
It features a carbon-fibre plate in its midsole and an aggressive Meta-rocker, which are said to provide an efficient and propulsive ride.
The Carbon X displays HOKA ONE ONE’s signature cushioning and lightweight features “engineered to propel athletes to their best performance.”
It sure did for Emma Pallant! The British athlete smashed the IRONMAN 70.3 in Pays d’Aix, in the latest kicks from HOKA ONE ONE. She left France victorious, not just by finishing more than 5 minutes quicker than her compeitiotors but this is her third back to back win! The IRONMAN 70.3 in Pays d’Aix follows up on her success at Challenge Gran Canaria and the Mallorca Olympic Distance over the past few weeks.
Emma finished in a fantastic 4:19:56. Nikki Bartlett finished second in 4:25:15 and India Lee came in third at 4:25:30.
